PROJECT MANAGEMENT

W/C Johnston Consulting Ltd. contracts to act as Project Manager on large- and small-scale building projects

W/C Johnston Consulting Ltd. as Project Manager leads the development of the project scope and helps to define what the project will entail. We lead from the initial design process thru tender and construction, analyzing tender documents and recommending approval of the successful tender.  We will be present at all site meetings, conduct regular site inspections, deal with issues on the project as they arise and recommend payment of progress claims. W/C Johnston Consulting Ltd, will be involved through all phases of the project, including inspection of the building to determine substantial completion.
