PROJECT MANAGEMENT

W/C Johnston Consulting Ltd. Contracts with the municipality to act as their Project Manager in the construction of RCMP Detachments.

W/C Johnston Consulting Ltd. as Project Manager works cooperatively with the municipality and leads in the development of the project scope helping to define what the project will entail. We act as a liaison with the RMCP, Architects and contractors and lead from the initial design process thru tender and construction. We will be present at all site meetings, conduct regular site inspections, deal with issues on the project as they arise and recommend payment of progress claims. W/C Johnston Consulting Ltd, will be involved through all phases of the building of the RCMP Detachment, including inspection of the building to determine substantial completion.
